Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit, please contact us if you require advice on packaging.

We recommend using a recorded postal service.
Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. In which case we will refund reasonable postal costs, excluding special delivery, premium postal services or international postage.
Instore purchases: All instore orders must be returned and collected from the store they were ordered from.

With the reliable Shimano Deore 12-speed rear derailleur, powerful 4-piston disc brakes and the sensitive suspension fork from RockShox with 130 mm travel, you can fully concentrate on the trail. The powerful Yamaha PW-X3 motor with 720 Wh battery gives you enough reserve to explore new terrain. The ALLTRACK 7 is available in frame sizes S and M with 27.5" wheels. The sizes M to XL roll on 29" tyres.
