With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns & ReplacementsParts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.
Bikes + Frames can be returned within 30 days if ordered online.Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit, please contact us if you require advice on packaging.Goods must not have been fitted or used and be suitable for resaleWe recommend using a recorded postal service.Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. The three-litre ACID PACK PRO 3 drybag is made to work with the ACID FORK CAGE front fork carrier.
Its waterproof welded construction uses abrasion-resistant outer material for a long lifespan over many miles. Mounts to the ACID FORK CAGE or directly to other bags using the included touch fastener straps through the MOLLE loops for a super-flexible way to carry extra load. Contact patches with the ACID FORK CAGE are reinforced for added longevity. An integrated air valve allows the contents to compress down further. Reflective details improve visibility in low-light conditions.
