Parts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.

Bikes + Frames can be returned within 30 days if ordered online.
Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit, please contact us if you require advice on packaging.
Goods must not have been fitted or used and be suitable for resale
We recommend using a recorded postal service.
Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. In which case we will refund reasonable postal costs, excluding special delivery, premium postal services or international postage.
Instore purchases: All instore orders must be returned and collected from the store they were ordered from.
Cyclo Monster Limited is not responsible for compensating for any loss, time or costs in undertaking a return for any reason including warranty returns.
All return requests should be submitted in writing or via email.
Special orders items (i.e not instock at time of order and ordered in specifically for a customer) that are cancelled after order may incure a 15% restocking fee or loss of deposit.
We do not accept returns on custom bike builds, bikes that have been ridden or any other custom items.

Designed for daily use, Frog's City bike allows children to commute to school or simply cruise the city in comfort and style. This versatile bike provides an upright ergonomic seating position, easy-to-mount step-through frame, 8-speed derailleur gears, a floating chain glider, full-length mudguards, a kickstand, and a pannier rack, so riders are fully equipped for the city.

Lightweight sturdy aluminium frame ensures easy handling around town. The City/Step-through design allows for ease of mounting and dismounting. Junior Tektro brakes with small, easy-to-reach brake levers offer better control and improved confidence for junior riders. Patented Frog cranks reduce the distance between the pedals, increasing efficiency and comfort, making pedalling easier.
