With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns & ReplacementsParts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.
Bikes + Frames can be returned within 30 days if ordered online.Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit, please contact us if you require advice on packaging.Goods must not have been fitted or used and be suitable for resaleWe recommend using a recorded postal service.Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. the new mudrocker from sks - keeps the focus on the trail and the mud at bay!The mudrocker rear perfectly deflects dirt and spray water and is suitable for full suspension bikes and bikes with a dropper seat post. It mounts onto the rear stays with rubberised hook and loop fasteners and soft mounting brackets protect the frame, these can be rotated and used in two different positions for height adjustment allowing you to choose how close the mudrocker is to the rear tyre.
For extra protection the mudrocker comes with rear extenders to increase the coverage of the rear wheel towards the back of the tyre and down to the bottom bracket.
